The programmable equaliser shall have two separate cannels of six-band parametric equalisation which can operate independently or as a stereo-linked pair. Stereo linking shall allow EQ offsets on either channel. A MONO mode shall configure the systemas a single twelve-band parametric.

All bands shall be continuously variable from 20Hz to 20kHz. Width adjustment shall be variable from 2 Octaves to 0.1 Octave. Cut and Boost shall be variable between +/- 15dB, with a deep Notch available on any band. Filters shall have a Constant Q Asymmetic Cut/Boost characteristic with a Peak Fix mode which holds the boost or cut centres of each filter constant without interaction from adjacent filters.
